Notes: This work comes directly from the North and South series and uses more of the same rocks. Obsidian: volcanic, North. Schist: metamorphic, South.
The rock is embedded in casting resin then shaped, filed, sanded and polished.
Modern material to bind the elements.
Cowhide strips woven into 8 plait. a weaving used by bullock drovers to weave their stock whips, represent the settler.
