Kathy Barry

Kathy Barry lives and works in Auckland. She has a MFA (2004) and a BFA (1991) from the Elam School of Fine Arts, Auckland University, and a Post Grad Dip in Art History (2001) from Victoria University, Wellington. Kathy has taught the history and theory of art and design, as well as studio papers in painting, drawing and design in New Zealand tertiary institutions.
She has exhibited her work in public galleries and artist's project spaces across New Zealand. Her work is included in national and international art collections, including The James Wallace Arts Trust Collection, and The New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
